As the South African payments industry continues to evolve and necessitated by the advent of the Rapid-Payment initiative, Investec have set out to modernise much of the technology platform which underpins payments services across the bank.

Entelect has  a cross-functional team responsible for migrating existing java-based middleware into Microsoft Azure and contributing to enterprise cloud standards in collaboration with Investec.

This team is responsible for converting a monolith on-premise solution to a serverless, cloud-first architecture which will introduce modern enterprise standards, scalability and security.
