Liberty partnered with Entelect to work on the Liberty Client Connect Portal.
The portal is designed to connect advisors to potential clients to help improve the on-boarding journey when considering Liberty’s Risk Products.
The system interfaces with new systems like the InTouch App and existing systems like BPO, helping to bridge the gaps faced by client’s in their journey with Liberty. These gaps range from improving the Underwriting process to simpler tasks of pre-populating digital/digitised application forms where possible.
Entelect also developed an admin portal, which enables the monitoring and analysis requests for data via consumers of the Client Connect Portal.
